Originally from Lille in the North of France, Charles has gained a wealth of professional experience as the Sales and Marketing Manager within the advertising department of a major media group, which he enriched over nearly 10 years.
A few years ago, driven by the desire for change and drawn to the Southern sun, he decided to settle in Saint-Tropez. In this beautiful village, he developed a passion for the real estate sector within a prestigious group, specializing particularly in the management of seasonal rentals with services for several years.
Ulysse Meister
Co-founder
Born in Gassin and raised in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Ulysse moved to Nice to further his knowledge of the property business, spending three years studying while working in a major Nice agency.
On completing his studies, he returned to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, where he used his expertise to develop and maintain a portfolio of holiday rental properties.
After spending six years with a prestigious local agency, Ulysse took the bold decision to set up his own business, putting his experience and passion for upmarket property to good use.
Laurine RICCOBENE
Sales Assistant
Born in Salon-de-Provence, Laurine grew up in the magnificent Gulf of Saint-Tropez, where she immersed herself in the world of real estate at a very early age.
After obtaining her baccalaureate, she chose to continue her studies in BTS Real Estate Professions, a natural path given her passion for the sector. Currently in her second year of BTS, Laurine is determined to succeed in her diploma and to deepen her skills.
With a strong attraction for seasonal rentals, she aspires to continue to evolve in the field of real estate, bringing her knowledge of the territory and her desire to support clients and owners in their projects.
