Conceived and designed by the genius Philippe Starck, La Réserve à la plage is the exceptional private beach of the luxury hotel La Réserve. This new refuge in the heart of Pampelonne cultivates the elegance and authenticity of the Saint-Tropez of yesteryear. 

Once you've settled in under the shade of the canisses around a convivial table, or under the Saint-Tropez sun on a deckchair, you'll succumb to this Provencal-style beach hut, where Mediterranean gastronomy is available in its rawest form or braised over a wood fire. Sharing and conviviality are encouraged by a warm and natural decor, respecting the wild nature of the mythical Pampelonne beach. In the evening, the atmosphere changes and La Réserve à la Plage becomes a place for before-dinner drinks, to the rhythm of music and champagne bubbles. JARDIN TROPEZINA

On Ramatuelle's mythical Pampelonne beach, this Mediterranean garden terrace, dominated by wood and plants, lives up to its promise. An irresistible setting overlooking the sea, a luxurious decor with Vallauris crockery and silverware, a staff of dedicated professionals, valet parking on arrival and... evenings hosted by a DJ. 
Designed by Jean-François Piège, the menu features summer and Provencal dishes, as well as Italian ones: zucchini with tonnato and parmesan sauce; barbecued fish fillet with tangy sabayon; garden verbena ice cream.

LA BRIGANTINE

Just below the Lilly of the Valley hotel lies the long Gigaro beach, with its 6km of fine sand. At its far end, at the edge of the pine forest, Lily of the Valley has set up its beach club. Restaurants, bars and sunbathing from dawn to dusk make this a charming and friendly place.

With its unique waterside terrace, La Brigantine could be on the other side of the world. Yet it's high above the sands of Gigaro that it offers a stroll along the boot, revealing traditional Italian gastronomy from the northern lakes to Sicily. 

Chef Vincent Maillard's vocation owes nothing to chance. Immersed in the music of the kitchen from his early teens, he trained with top chefs such as Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse. As head chef at Lily of the Valley and responsible for its catering, the establishment's philosophy is in line with his values: respect for the product, nature, authenticity, well-being...
